1. Ensure adherence to the Maison's quality standards throughout the jewelry manufacturing process.
2. Conduct quality inspections of products manufactured in the workshop, verifying and validating the quality and compliance of finished products based on visual, dimensional, and structural criteria.
3. Identify and report non-quality issues, collaborating with production teams to develop and implement improvement and problem-solving plans.
4. Participate in final product inspection phases to identify quality requirements and integrate them into product development.
5. Establish product specifications in accordance with the Quality Charter and contribute to risk analysis related to product/project quality.
6. Serve as the primary liaison between the workshop and the Quality Coordinator for all quality-related topics and projects.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a jewelry workshop or a quality department in a detail-oriented industry.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in basic Excel functionalities.
4. Agility in managing priorities.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a jewelry workshop or quality department within a detail-oriented industry.
