1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
2. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with the store team.
5. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience for each client, fostering lifetime dedication and spend.
7. Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting the store in achieving sales goals.
8. Consistently elevate in-store experience, delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
9. Implement standard processes based on client feedback and NPS scores.

1. High School Graduate
2. Authorization to work in the United States

1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
