1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to clients.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches.
5. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, handling bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
4. Passion for client service and selling.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
