1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
6. Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
7. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
4. Passion for client service and selling.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
