1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, showcasing product application to clients.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, handling bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
4. Passion for client service and selling.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
