Sephora IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist

- Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of technological infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, networks, communications, and internet links across all locations.
- Ensure the administration, maintenance, and security of both physical and virtual Windows servers in alignment with global team directives.
- Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of store-specific systems such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, ticket printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, Pinpads, wireless banking terminals, computing equipment, and other peripherals.
- Oversee technical support activities, including the management of help desk operations and outsourced on-site support engineers, ensuring efficient resolution of POS-related incidents in stores.
- Manage relationships with infrastructure service providers, including those for computing equipment, servers, networks, communications, internet, POS, and other store-specific equipment.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools for general infrastructure, critical services, and POS systems in stores.
- Proficiency in managing Windows servers and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of network and communication systems.
- Experience with POS systems and store technology infrastructure.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Competence in implementing and using monitoring tools for IT infrastructure.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure management and support, particularly within a retail environment, is preferred.
