1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement and driving sales.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty sector.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a retail setting, ideally within the beauty industry, is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
