- Technician level, Bachelor HES or HEG in logistics or management.
- Desired experience in planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency in production monitoring indicators.
- Knowledge of a decision-making tool (BI).
- Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems, with SAP being advantageous.
- Attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and assertive communication.
