1. Develop and execute the roadmap for IT continuity and disaster recovery projects, including exercises and testing.
2. Enhance, formalize, and standardize business continuity processes within the IT department.
3. Identify and mitigate the impacts of major incidents or changes on the IT infrastructure to minimize business disruptions.
4. Coordinate and participate in the updating of documentation to ensure business continuity.
5. Manage IT infrastructure risks, including risk management facilitation and monitoring.
6. Oversee IT changes, acting as the Change Manager during absences.

1. Proven experience in operational management of IT disaster recovery plans or large-scale IT operations deployment.
2. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as networking, servers, databases, and cybersecurity.
3. Leadership qualities with a high degree of autonomy, determination, and organizational skills.
4. Customer-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.

1. Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2) are advantageous.
2. Business continuity certifications (ISO 22301, CBCI), risk management, and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
3. Fluency in French with a good command of English.

Demonstrated experience in managing IT disaster recovery plans or large-scale IT operations.

Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
