1. Coordinate the communication plan with regional teams, aligning with product launches and regional priorities.
2. Integrate HTML into marketing automation tools for targeted mass emailing campaigns.
3. Monitor and implement best practices in email marketing.
4. Support clienteling actions across regions, ensuring seamless integration into clienteling applications.
5. Share campaign results with regional teams on a weekly and monthly basis, participating in detailed analyses as needed.
6. Manage customer feedback processes, ensuring effective categorization and inter-country communication.
7. Contribute to the development of automated communication projects, leading workshops and ensuring project follow-up.
8. Facilitate regular meetings with regional teams to establish omnichannel communication strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
2. Passion for customer relationship management with an innovative approach in a global context.
3. Fluency in English.
