- Provide operational support to Project Managers, liaising directly with business units and Houses within the Group.
- Analyze needs and model/formalize financial business processes.
- Participate in tender processes.
- Construct and plan project approaches, monitor project actions, and ensure adherence to committee protocols.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal LVMH teams and Houses.
- Manage various project stakeholders, including internal teams and consultancy groups.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes/tools in collaboration with Finance Departments, IT, and external providers (such as Big 4 firms).
- Support change management for business units and Group Houses, including communication actions (newsletter creation, intranet updates).
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university, or equivalent.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail and ability to embody LVMH values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Experience in Big 4/Consulting firms and/or Project Management/Consolidation or Management Control is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
