1. Support the Store Manager in ensuring the team delivers excellent client service.
2. Facilitate training on operational procedures and communication systems.
3. Assist in recruiting and developing talent.
4. Motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive work environment.
5. Ensure high standards in merchandise preparation and packaging.
6. Manage all aspects of client delivery, including communication and problem-solving.
7. Document and track deliveries.
8. Assist with store maintenance and vendor management.
9. Maintain and update permits and inspection certificates.
10. Ensure organization of back-of-house areas and proper functioning of technological devices.
11. Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring accurate stock levels and compliance with company directives.
12. Oversee the shipping and receiving lifecycle and collaborate with regional and corporate partners.
13. Partner with the Risk Management department to reduce potential product loss.
14. Assist with ordering supplies and managing the budget.
15. Manage financial risks through partnerships with sales audit and asset protection.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
