1. Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders according to supplier capacities.
2. Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
3. Analyze stock levels to balance availability and minimize surplus.
4. Engage suppliers for quick solutions in case of capacity constraints.
5. Communicate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
6. Collaborate with central planners and distribution planners to ensure flow consistency.
7. Develop proactive supplier partnerships to enhance supply chain reliability.
8. Propose continuous improvement actions with suppliers to maximize stability and performance.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operational logistics within an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
2. Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, push/pull systems.
3. Experience in logistics data configuration and key MRP calculation assumptions.
4. Ability to manage and animate KPIs: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
5. Agility and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
6. Result-oriented mindset and continuous improvement culture.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
