Kering Senior Benefits Analyst

- Ensure compliance of company benefit plans with applicable rules and regulations, including managing state and federal audits and filings.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting employee benefits.
- Conduct complex data analysis and serve as the primary contact for non-discrimination testing for nonqualified plans and annual true-up reconciliation.
- Manage data in compliance with record retention policies and maintain confidentiality of work-related issues.
- Develop and deliver benefit compliance training in collaboration with vendors.
- Coordinate administration steps to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and monitoring of U.S. group insurance plan expenses, compliance, and governance processes.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers and vendors regarding compliance topics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR, to fulfill role responsibilities.
- Support annual and ad-hoc projects focused on plan and policy compliance, including open enrollment.
- Provide support to the Total Rewards team on key projects and activities.
- 7+ years of experience in benefit administration and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge in benefits compliance, reporting, and administration.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and legislative imperatives related to benefits programs (Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.).
- Familiarity with leave-related laws and regulations, including disability leave, FMLA, and state/local leave processes in North America.
- Ability to work with large data sets and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with vendor relations and multi-state employers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and ownership.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners.
- Team player with a professional demeanor.
7+ years of experience in benefit administration and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
Base salary of $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
