Kering Facility Supervisor

1. Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and staff management within the facilities department across Singapore" class="standard">Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
2. Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Sway, and Access for correspondence, presentations, and record management.
3. Supervise reception operations, refine service protocols, and ensure efficient service delivery.
4. Develop staff schedules, organize training sessions, conduct performance evaluations, and enhance team efficiency.
5. Deliver high-quality facility management services, including preventive maintenance, asset management, and security.
6. Implement safety systems, inspect equipment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Support logistics for internal events and maintain internal bulletin boards.
8. Participate in budget planning, monitor expenditures, and promote cost-reduction initiatives.
9. Manage procurement and vendor relationships for administrative needs.
10. Organize and store paperwork, documents, and digital records efficiently.
11. Maintain visitor logs and manage issuance of visitor and access cards.
12. Allocate office space and coordinate office moves and renovations.
13. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel preferred.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and collaborative team spirit.

Previous experience in a similar facility management role is advantageous.
