Guerlain Marketing Intern
Guerlain, a distinguished entity within the Perfumes & Cosmetics division, is renowned for its Parisian alchemy and artistic beauty crafted from nature since 1828. - Manage the loyalty rewards catalogue and coordinate with agencies for artwork changes, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
- Oversee the inventory of Loyalty Gifts, ensuring their availability across stores.
- Update all Guerlain & You collaterals promptly.
- Submit monthly CRM reports to internal stakeholders for review.
- Manage the EDM calendar for tactical campaigns and new product launches, ensuring minimal changes and smooth execution.
- Conceptualize and execute clienteling events, providing on-the-ground support to ensure client satisfaction and positive ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source vendors and manage logistics for events, including transportation and F&B.
- Lead event briefings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Deploy monthly event schedules across all stores.
- Submit post-event reports for internal review.
- Ensure store collaterals and price lists are updated promptly.
- Provide monthly competitor landscape updates.
- Support the Singapore" class="standard">Singapore Marketing Team with day-to-day marketing and operational tasks.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months from the start date.
- University student with a passion for luxury beauty brands and a commitment to embodying Guerlain's DNA and heritage.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and execution skills.
- Demonstrates good teamwork and a motivated learning attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient command of English preferred.
