7. Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and department sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
11. Assist in restocking, labeling, and organizing inventory.
12. Possess thorough stock knowledge and management.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Fluency in Russian and French.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
