Givenchy Event Project Manager

- Supervise and participate in organizing brand image, corporate, and clienteling events such as fashion shows, press days, soirées, dinners, and retail events.
- Identify, propose, and select service agencies.
- Coordinate each project to meet set objectives with regular internal reporting.
- Develop communication materials and tools in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Manage budgetary and operational aspects of each project.
- Oversee logistical and production follow-up according to schedules.
- Ensure operational follow-up with agencies before, during, and after events.
- Conduct administrative, legal, and accounting studies and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internationally with markets such as Japan and APAC, liaising with local marketing managers.
- Share product focuses and communication highlights for annual event calendar development.
- Create guidelines and ensure their application in respective zones.
- Coordinate production of local events.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of the global event communication strategy, including drafting timelines, creative briefs, updating brand guidelines, and identifying partners.
- Develop and oversee events for the Eyewear licensee and Givenchy Parfums.
- Manage and track donation requests.
- Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of significant event management experience.
- Organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Curiosity, creativity, and diplomacy.
- Adaptability in managing economic and artistic constraints.
- Fluency in English and French with excellent writing skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the event management field.
Degree in a relevant field.
