1. Manage and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Develop necessary tools and update procedures and specifications.
3. Co-prepare and monitor the annual laboratory budget.
4. Ensure compliance of materials and finished products with Baby Dior specifications.
5. Organize quality tests and controls in factories.
6. Receive, analyze, and communicate quality reports.
7. Manage quality control providers.
8. Measure and analyze customer satisfaction, including handling customer returns.
9. Define, monitor, and animate internal quality indicators.
10. Engage with suppliers through reviews, action plans, and training.
11. Manage quality risks and internal assessments.
12. Lead, support, and train quality controllers, conducting regular and annual individual reviews.

1. Proven experience in quality management with expertise in textiles and production processes.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and dynamism.
3. High level of proactivity and responsiveness.
4. Strong sense of rigor and efficiency.
5. Curious, open-minded, and proactive.

1. Proficiency in English and French; Italian is an advantage.
2. Mastery of Excel.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with substantial technical knowledge of textiles and production processes.

Degree from a textile engineering school or equivalent.
