Christian Dior Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
- Train, coach, and manage associates in executing operational tasks such as POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor the accuracy of inventory management, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Ensure the security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate communication with central distribution and corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure the organization and setup of all back-of-house operations.
- Manage payroll processes and scheduling, ensuring adherence to payroll budgets.
- Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in the team.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in day-to-day store operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
- Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation related to workforce management.
- Competence in operating necessary equipment such as POS systems, inventory control systems, and office equipment.
- Capability to develop and train workforce, fostering relationships and optimizing workforce skills.
- Adeptness at adjusting priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellence in providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and listen attentively.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management is required, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
