1. Support countries and general management in generating client behavior insights to drive operational programs.
2. Provide client insights to build the right marketing strategy per country.
3. Analyze client profiles and purchase behavior.
4. Regularly monitor KPIs for product launches and specific projects.
5. Support countries with specific requests and provide strategic analyses for presentations.
6. Animate the community by sharing best practices and monitoring performance.
7. Serve as the regional referent for data management and quality monitoring.
8. Define and build personalized omnichannel client journeys for each segment.
9. Ensure consistency in communication and optimize client engagement.
10. Set up dashboards to monitor clienteling program performance and propose optimization plans.
11. Coordinate the deployment of training modules in collaboration with the Training department.
12. Manage the gifting strategy and oversee the CRM Europe budget.
13. Manage the CRM coordinator and Direct Marketing coordinator.

1. 5-8 years of experience in the luxury industry.
2. Global understanding of the luxury industry and product environment.
3. Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
4. Experience in client analytics and mastery of tools such as Excel and Power BI.
5. Experience with main database tools like Neolane and Cegid.
6. Development and execution of structured approaches to solve operational objectives.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
