Christian Dior Boutique Director

- Achieve annual boutique sales targets across all product categories.

- Lead operational processes with Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to policies and manage store profitability.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory through paperwork review related to receiving and transfers.
- Maintain security and safety standards in physical facilities.
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated emergency contact lists.
- Develop strategies to enhance boutique service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff.
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills with department managers.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
