1. Develop and deploy tools to enhance sales performance.
2. Lead and coordinate projects to improve the efficiency of the Retail department.
3. Manage change initiatives in boutiques to maximize adoption and success.
4. Implement and launch a Cegid Academy for champion users, including creating an e-learning module with the training department.
5. Oversee existing payment methods and ongoing monetary projects.
6. Develop and launch a new application for boutique sales staff worldwide.
7. Serve as an interface and information relay among various departments, subsidiaries, and international boutiques.
8. Coordinate and compile various analyses and reports.
9. Co-edit, format, and consolidate monthly reporting.
10. Update and maintain global databases and distribution lists.
11. Maintain and update the Boutique Intranet.
12. Update the Retail book and manage international boutique supplies, orders, and distribution.
13. Provide operational support for the internal cash register system, ensuring compliance and updates to international guidelines and procedures.
14. Support retail events and visits.

1. Higher education degree
2. 5 years of professional experience in retail
3. Experience in a premium or luxury international retail environment is a plus
4. Proficiency in French and English with strong writing and communication skills
