1. Conduct aesthetic and functional inspections of finished watches to ensure quality before shipment.
2. Utilize appropriate tools to perform functional checks according to established control ranges and available plans.
3. Make decisions regarding acceptance, rejection, downgrading, or destruction of products in line with company policy.
4. Diagnose necessary interventions for non-conforming items and arrange for their correction or repair.
5. Perform final checks on previously inspected items through sampling or individual assessment using computer systems.
6. Support production teams by communicating and enforcing product requirements.
7. Act as a liaison with workshops, providing expertise in identifying non-conformities.
8. Control products during manufacturing as needed.
9. Ensure versatility by occasionally working on the movement control line or watch assembly.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements in quality control processes.
11. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and security regulations within the workplace.

1. Technical or watchmaking training.
2. Proven experience in watch control (watches and movements).

1. Proficiency in reading technical plans.
2. Strong judgment and adaptability.
3. Keen observation and attention to detail.
4. High responsiveness and stress resilience.
5. Proficiency in standard computer tools (SAP is a plus).
6. Excellent written communication skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of watch products, control ranges, and tools.

A minimum of one year of successful experience in watch control is required.

Technical or watchmaking training is required.
