- Assist in organizing safety and emergency management training sessions, including scheduling, location arrangements, and monitoring timelines.
- Identify training content for new hires and manage the distribution of personal protective equipment as required.
- Coordinate medical examinations for health surveillance in collaboration with occupational physicians.
- Support the implementation of systems and programs to promote safe work behaviors and conditions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Manage risk reduction projects, monitor their progress, and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and update risk assessments.
- Monitor waste production and disposal cycles to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Create and maintain reports and archives related to health and safety activities.
- Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Excel and general computer software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
No specific experience required, ideal for recent graduates or students in relevant fields.
Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
