1. Lead quality initiatives by anticipating risks and documenting quality deliverables.
2. Harmonize and communicate quality criteria for all jewelry components.
3. Define and implement training plans to enhance the skills of quality teams in workshops.
4. Establish and manage the Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) process, including surveillance and non-conformity treatment plans.
5. Organize and conduct quality controls in workshops, ensuring compliance through visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
6. Monitor and analyze quality performance data, proposing tracking files for control results.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product quality management.

3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Flexibility and adaptability in managing stakeholder interactions.
