1. Support the SEA PR Manager in enhancing the Maison's reputation by assisting with press office tasks and press activations in Singapore" class="standard">Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
2. Collaborate closely with Retail, Boutiques, and APA Regional teams to ensure alignment of PR strategies.
3. Develop concise and effective PR communications for SEA press.
4. Monitor PR coverage and share best clippings bi-weekly with internal stakeholders.
5. Conduct monthly press editorial analysis.
6. Coordinate with local PR agencies in Malaysia and Vietnam on daily press office activities.
7. Manage competitor analysis and post-event reports.
8. Assist in coordinating press events and trips to ensure high-quality press engagement.
9. Source and coordinate logistics for press gifting.
10. Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, and tracking PR expenses.
11. Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects.

1. Excellent communication skills with experience in the retail industry.

3. Deep understanding of media operations.
4. Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives and campaign ideas.

Experience in the retail industry with a focus on public relations is preferred.
