- Oversee store operations in the absence of the manager.

- Assist in the training and development of sales associates.

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, with a preference for those who have held supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
