1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting activities for the Eindhoven office.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
4. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
5. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
6. Collaborate with auditors for annual audits.
7. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting role.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior position.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
