1. Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the luxury or retail industry is preferred.

3. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
