Swatch Group Human Resources Manager

- Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the luxury or retail industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
