1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
4. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Train and supervise store staff to enhance performance.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in German and English.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
