1. Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan for brand positioning and product launches.
2. Lead and coordinate with agencies on the launch events of new brands and collections.
3. Organize and manage Sephora's institutional sponsorship events.
4. Oversee PR activities and strategic influencer plans, including pocket events, influencer mailings, paid media, press strategies, partnerships, and sponsorships.
5. Create, execute, and monitor the outcomes of in-store events such as activations, major events, and masterclasses.
6. Manage the marketing budget effectively.
7. Drive online visibility through weekly trade banners, takeovers, paid media plans, social media calendars, and CRM initiatives.
8. Plan and manage brand gift inventories and product archives.

1. Advanced to fluent proficiency in English.
2. Experience in the marketing field, preferably within the luxury sector.
3. Proven experience in influencer campaigns and event leadership.
4. Proficiency in developing 360° marketing plans.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
3. Deadline and results-oriented mindset.

Experience in marketing, particularly within the luxury sector, with a focus on influencer campaigns and event leadership.
