- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Maintain staff productivity and engagement levels.
- Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Monitor turnover against set targets and develop the category.
- Control key retail metrics such as conversion rates, items per transaction, and average basket value.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Prepare products for sale and maintain cleanliness of sales floor and products.
- Assist with warehousing, stocking, and merchandising updates.
- Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Fluent in English or German.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
- First experience in retail and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
