2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to enhance customer engagement.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to build customer retention.
4. Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience best practices.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
