1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Manage cash handling processes to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
5. Educate and train store teams on service offerings and customer experience.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$16.00 - $23.09 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
