1. Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support daily operations and contribute to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Proficiency in key retail KPIs, budget management, and daily reporting.
3. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and foster a collaborative team spirit.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
