- Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support daily operations and contribute to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in key retail KPIs, budget management, and daily reporting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and foster a collaborative team spirit.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments.
