1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
2. Manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.

9. Develop budget strategies and maintain a strong understanding of store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
