Sephora Operations Lead

- Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.
- Support stock team operations, including shipments, receipts, returns, and inventory compliance.
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising and adherence to corporate visual standards.
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage supply processes to maintain budget and appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management situations and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and engaging with customers.
- Develop budget strategies and maintain a strong understanding of store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
