- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandise updates.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cash hosts and advisors on register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
- Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators in line with company policies.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Receive training to perform cashier host duties as needed.
- Strong organizational skills

Experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
