1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to organize the warehouse and update merchandising displays.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization according to company standards.
7. Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
8. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
10. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples and participate in inventory audits.
12. Designated consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.
