2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in sales, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Monitor and support client loyalty programs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

1. Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services.
