- Oversee store operations, beauty services, or sales floor activities, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Coach and develop team members, driving performance and prioritizing client experiences.
- Execute training programs for new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and serve as the Client Experience Lead in-store.
- Conduct and support annual performance reviews and manage performance situations within the team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage inventory levels.
- Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching by brand representatives.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve company goals.
- Strong managerial courage and ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Minimum of 2-4 years in management roles within the beauty, retail, or customer service sectors.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
