1. Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Manage inventory to ensure optimal product availability.
3. Oversee the full product handling cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns.
4. Ensure commercial excellence through effective floor management.
5. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
6. Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
7. Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
8. Support Click & Collect processes where applicable.
9. Ensure compliance with Sephora's audit rules and operational routines.
10. Monitor and manage department expenses.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership.
2. Experience in a premium or service-oriented environment.
3. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

3. Excellent communication and delegation skills.
4. Proficiency in retail systems and tools.
5. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.

At least 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally within a premium or service-oriented environment.
