- Analyze and develop strategic recommendations for managed brands in alignment with Sephora's overarching strategy.
- Conduct category analysis using panels and ad hoc studies to inform sales and market share improvement plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of brand marketing plans, focusing on exclusivity partnerships and 360° strategies.
- Adapt assortment and merchandising plans to local market needs in collaboration with HQ, Sales, and Merchandising teams.
- Plan and secure key animation slots with appropriate product assortments, engaging other departments to align with beauty trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers to build strong partnerships and maximize in-store support.
- Implement and monitor annual action plans, managing brand portfolio budgets and coordinating with various teams to optimize execution.
- Contribute to new product launches, defining forecasts and implementing comprehensive plans while co-creating strategies with brands.
- 2-3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or operational marketing.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Sensitivity to beauty products and current beauty trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build quality partnerships.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2-3+ years in category management, product management, or operational marketing.
