1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and handle situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, especially in roles involving client interaction and service.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
