1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients picking up orders.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility, along with a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week, providing flexibility to balance work with other commitments.
