1. Develop and implement end-to-end content and experience strategies for the Ecommerce site and Sephora App.
2. Enhance product visibility and improve organic performance through Search & Discovery Strategy (SEO and GEO).
3. Oversee campaign content on the App, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
4. Utilize search data and churn insights to optimize the digital journey for stronger engagement and commercial impact.
5. Collaborate with local teams to adapt content for regional audiences.
6. Track and analyze site performance using AI-enhanced insights.
7. Continuously test and refine content layouts to enhance customer journey and site experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce.
2. Strong interest in Ecommerce, digital content, GEO, SEO, and online customer experience.

1. Expertise in implementing SEO best practices.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or Excel.

At least 4 years of experience in Ecommerce is advantageous.
