- Safeguard store assets against theft and loss.
- Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to implement Safety & Shrink Plans.
- Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate losses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
- Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company when required.
- Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
A minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
