1. Safeguard store assets against theft and loss.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to implement Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate losses.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits.
7. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company when required.
9. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

A minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
