1. Ensure close collaboration with partners to provide exceptional service.
2. Enhance networked competence within the maintenance division by leveraging existing technical expertise.
3. Analyze, document, and address maintenance requests, ensuring reliability, security, and necessary modifications for clients.
4. Define and monitor associated budgets using PPM.
5. Lead meetings with suppliers to ensure alignment and quality.
6. Gather and extract relevant information from stakeholders.

1. HES or EPFL engineering degree with experience in logistics, or ES technician with five years of relevant experience.
2. Experience with automated stock systems and their specificities.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance activities and experience in the field.
4. Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team and rely on technical respondents.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Team spirit, attentive, sociable, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
3. Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, proactive and autonomous.
4. Fluency in French and proficiency in English is desired.

Minimum of five years in a similar logistics or maintenance role, with experience in automated stock systems.

HES or EPFL engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
