Rolex Interior Architect

- Develop comprehensive project plans including layouts, sections, and elevations.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings.
- Prepare tender documents for suppliers, including detailed plans and elevations.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments as projects evolve.
- Ensure the smooth execution and completion of construction works.
- Manage the evolution of architectural concepts and furniture design.
- Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education.
- Significant experience in the retail sector, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArchiCAD/Artlantis, Rhinoceros, and Photoshop.
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibilities with professional versatility.
- Excellent communication skills and proven client relationship management experience.
Proven track record in the retail sector with a focus on luxury environments.
Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent.
