4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture client data into the company CRM.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary.
8. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
9. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
10. Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
11. Ensure compliance with company procedures and proactively execute company policies.
12. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Passion for luxury retail and client relationship building
2. Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for fashion
3. Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous
4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
5. Outstanding communication skills
6. Fluent spoken English
